Forty-six exceptionally attractive rooms and suites... each with refrigerator, coffee service, cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, wireless internet access, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, feather pillows, pillow top mattresses and robes. Most with private balconies overlooking the water. Specialty Rooms also include: two person whirlpool in main room, two-person body spray shower, queen bed, wet bar and microwave. Luxury Suites are 600 sq. ft. one bedroom and 800 sq. ft. two bedroom/two bathroom. (see below for detailed description of suite accommodations.) Our Penthouse Suite has everything including one of the best views in the county, plus a gas fireplace, full kitchen, master bath with two person whirlpool and much more. Common areas include: 27 wooded acres, 1,100 ft. shoreline, fishing dock, nature trails, heated pool, 14' whirlpool and a fireplace lounge/conference room which can be reserved for entertaining or small meetings of up to 25 people. Free use of Pro Bounce tennis court, bikes, row boats, and lawn games. Complimentary deluxe European style buffet breakfast is provided in our lounge during the spring/fall and peak seasons, and in-room continental breakfast during our quiet season.

NO SMOKING POLICY - No smoking in all private and public rooms at the resort. No smoking on first floor private room and suite balconies. Please be considerate of your neighbors and the guests above you. Smoking will still be allowed outdoors, in public areas. We have put new draperies and bed spreads in many of our rooms. It is very costly and time consuming to take them down and clean them. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if, in the opinion of management, there has been smoking in the room which necessitates such cleaning. We will very much appreciate your cooperation.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposit less $20 service fee will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival. No refund will be made for any cancellation received within 14 days of scheduled arrival. Deposit applies to last days of reservation. If reservation is changed after arrival, you will be responsible for original reservation.

COUNTRY HOUSE RESORT
YEAR ROUND ACCOMMODATIONS
During our quiet season, our rooms and suites will be available by advance reservation and during our limited office hours, Mon. through Thur., 9 am to 4 pm, Fri. & Sat. 9 am to 8 pm and Sun. 10 am to 2 pm
. Contact the office during these hours, if you will arrive after hours, for check in instructions. There will also be limited access to incoming calls - unless caller knows room number or office is open.
Common areas include: 27 wooded acres, 1,100 ft. of shoreline, nature trails, parking lot with electric outlets for engine heaters and a fireplace lounge/conference room which will be open during our limited office hours or can be reserved for entertaining or small meetings up to 25 people.
In addition to the amenities included with all rooms (see above), we also provide rooms and suites with special accommodations which may be of particular interest during our quiet season.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
Specialty Rooms also include: two person whirlpool in main room, invigorating 3-way body spray two-person shower, queen bed, VCR/DVD/CD, wet bar and microwave. Suites have 600 sq. ft. main floor which consists of a Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with tub/shower and double vanities, a Great Room with two person whirlpool, gas fireplace, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, small refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, wet bar, an entertainment area with TV, AM/FM stereo, VCR/DVD/CD and speakers throughout, a recliner and queen size sofa sleeper. First floor suites can accommodate 4 people and also are interconnecting. Larger second floor suites have both a great room and a bedroom with a water view and are priced for two people but can accommodate up to 6 and utilize the roof line to provide cathedral ceilings, sky lights and second bedroom and full bath in the loft overlooking the great room with a view of the bay through the dormer window. Loft bedrooms are semiprivate. Our third floor Penthouse Suite has everything including one of the best views in the county, plus a gas fireplace, full kitchen, master bath with two person whirlpool and much more. Penthouse Great Room can also be used for entertaining or business retreats of up to 12 people. Because of size, 1600 sq. ft. and facilities, there is no daily maid service included with this unit except during Quiet Season. A $40 cleaning fee is charged at the end of your stay. Clean towels, linens and additional supplies will be available, and maid service can be provided when requested for a $40 per day charge.
